If you joined the Breath of Renewal VIP Membership

– You’ll receive a welcome email with your VIP details.
– Use the link in that email to book your 1:1 somatic coaching session.
– You also get everything in the General Membership (live circles + replays).

If you purchased a 1:1 Somatic Coaching Journey

– Check your email for your welcome packet and reflection questions.
– Use the booking link in that email to schedule your first session.
– If you need support, you can always reply directly to that email.
