This 1:1 session is a safe, grounded space for the woman who has been carrying so much for so long and is ready to finally exhale. Whether you're navigating the aftermath of a toxic relationship, feeling stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed by emotions you can’t quite name, or noticing old patterns resurfacing, these sessions meet you exactly where you are — with compassion, clarity, and zero pressure to “fix” anything. Together, we gently shift out of the mind and into the body, where your real healing lives. Using somatic tools, breath, nervous system micro-practices, and trauma-informed coaching, you’ll learn how to: • Release tension, emotional heaviness, and stored stress • Rebuild safety and trust within your body • Understand what your nervous system is asking for • Interrupt survival patterns and reconnect to your truth • Feel more grounded, centered, and regulated • Process emotions without overwhelm • Strengthen your capacity to hold boundaries, rest, receive, and choose yourself This isn’t talk therapy, and it’s not about analyzing your past. It’s experiential — meaning you will feel the shifts in real time. Every session is personalized to your unique history, your capacity, and the pace your nervous system can safely move. There is no “pushing,” no forcing, and no requirement to relive anything painful. Instead, you’re supported through gentle practices that help your body unwind the stories it's been holding. You’ll leave each session clearer, softer, more connected to yourself, and better equipped to navigate your everyday life with steadiness. These sessions are included in the VIP tier of the Breath of Renewal Circle, or can be booked individually for deeper ongoing support.
